Chris is an international business executive with over 27 years’ experience in advising boards and senior business executives on strategy, transformation and growth, both as a management consultant (Accenture, Deloitte, Capco and Gemini Consulting) and, more recently, as CEO (APAC) for Halkin Cross. Chris has been based in Hong Kong for 6 years and has worked extensively both across Asia Pacific and Globally. Prior to his career in management consulting, Chris spent 10 years as an officer in the British Army and was a product and salesforce manager in the pharmaceutical industry with Eli Lilly.


Mehdi Ziady

He spent the last 10 years in consulting businesses with a focus on strategic and financial advisory.

At Maera Capital and MZ Invest, 2 companies that Mehdi was in charge of as a managing partner, Mehdi worked as an end-to-end partner for international investors keen on investing in Morocco as an attractive market in itself and as a gateway for Africa (deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring and post investment monitoring).

Prior to that Mehdi provided corporate and advisory services to Moroccan and foreign leading Corporates and Institutions in Morocco and Europe in his previous functions within H2dev (Casablanca), Valyans Consulting (Rabat) and KPMG (Paris).

Mehdi is a graduate of Reims Management School and holds a master from Maastricht University. He speaks French, English and Arabic.


Yoshihito Oike

He is one of most experienced and insightful, cross-border M&A, restructuring and turnaround specialists in Japan. He is a recognized leader in the technology-based sectors, real estate sector, utilities and energy sector and retail and consumer sector.

Prior to his current role, he was a Managing Director in Global Banking at Citigroup Limited (former Nikko Citigroup Limited ). Prior to Nikko Citigroup Limited, he achieved investment banking roles included senior positions with Calyon Securities (Credit Agricole Investment Bank) and Godman Sachs. Prior to investment banking, Yoshi was for 18 years, a partner in business assurance and advisory with PriceWaterhouse Coopers, including 8 years with the firm in the U.S.

He is a graduate in economics of Yokohama National University, and he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of JICPA (Japan institute of Certified Public Accountants), and the California Board of Accountants (US CPA). He is fully bi-lingual in both English and Japanese.


Dilek Ilhan

Managing Partner in Turkey, with over 25 years experience in Corporate Finance, Credit Assessment, Sales and Marketing, Financial and Operational Restructuring and Business recovery. Along her career, Dilek held various positions as an executive and a member of the board in banks and non-banks financial institutions including factoring and leasing. She is in advisory business since 2007 and she founded her own private advisory company in 2012 “Dilek Ilhan Restructuring and Management Advisory”. Dilek holds a BA in Business Administration at the Bosphorus University of Istanbul (Turkey), and can easily work in Turkish (native) and English.

Managing Partner in South Africa, has over 16 years Corporate Finance and Strategy Consultancy experience in the African market, in key sectors including Energy, Business Communication and Construction. Patrick holds a European Advanced Diploma in Marketing (DEESMA) from the CEFIRE ESARC Business School in Toulouse (France). He has lived in South Africa since 1997 and is a permanent resident in the country. Patrick can easily work in French (native) and English.


Augusto Bagnoli

Augusto is an independent chartered accountant and tax advisor, since 1982 founder of his own consulting Firm based in Bologna, advising national and international companies, in M&A, strategic and financial matters.

He is a member of the advisory boards of investment companies, of boards of directors and statutory auditors’ committees in industrial companies and Italian primary financial institutions. Over the years he has been appointed by the Universities of Ferrara and Macerata as Professor in several courses of financial markets and private equity, bankruptcy law, banking contracts, anti-money laundering laws and banking technics.

Augusto is graduated cum laude in Economics at the University of Bologna in 1981 and master’s degrees in business management at the University of Parma and in Catholic business doctrine at the Lateran Pontificial University in Rome.


Giovanna Ianni

Giovanna is a legal advisor assisting domestic and multinational companies on corporate issues, M&A, commercial law, and insolvency, restructuring and turnaround operations, liquidation procedures. Over more than 14 years as legal director in PWC Tax & Legal, Milan office, she has focused on M&A cross-border transactions, mainly in the areas of luxury goods, real estate investments, automotive and industrial groups.

Currently, she is a partner of an independent legal & tax Italian boutique firm and since 2016 she has developed particular expertise in personal data protection matters, becoming a IAPP CIPP/E certified professional and internal auditor according to ISMS – Information Security Management System ISO/IEC 27001 – ISO 19011. She is the Data Protection Officer of the Italian subsidiary of a French group, EU leader in the sector of electronic and paper meal tickets and welfare services.

Giovanna graduated in Law at Catholic University in Milan on 1993; she was admitted to the Milan Bar Association on 1996, subsequently obtained a master degree in finance law at Bocconi University on 1998 and admitted to plead at the High Courts on 2013. She is author of several publications and speaker at numerous conferences and meetings in corporate and personal data protection matters. She speaks fluently English and Spanish and has a good knowledge of French and German.

Rosana Melki

Rosana joins You are Capital at the end of 2021 as Senior Advisor. Her background includes multiple years of experience as head of finance departments in large groups such as VIVENDI and SFR, and in Venture Capital investment funds. Rosana launches and develops SFR’s Corporate Venture Fund, with which she invests in numerous technology start-ups and is a partner in the INNOVACOM Technology Fund.
Her entrepreneurial DNA led her to found her own consulting firm: Performancia.
Graduated as a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires, Rosana started her early career at KPMG Audit in Buenos Aires and at the age of 23 she joined KPMG Audit in Paris, where she has lived and resided ever since.
