Prior to this current role, she had previous experience at different sectors: Technology, B2B Workspace solutions, Events, Online Marketing & Luxury Real estate (HR, International Sales & Management and PR)

Sanna holds a Bachelors Degree of IBMS from HAN University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands. She also studied one semester at the Texas A&M International Universty in USA as part of exchange programs and got Honour Roll of Academic Achievements.

She arrived in Spain in 2008 and additionally to her native Finnish, she speaks fluently English, Dutch and good Spanish and understands well Swedish, German & Catalan.

Florent is responsible for business development and has extensive experience in software product design.

After 10 years dedicated to innovation in the aviation sector within European consortia, he developed various Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a start-up that was eventually acquired by a Swiss multinational. He was in charge of sales and the development of various products that were implemented in over 40 airlines worldwide.

Florent has a thorough understanding of the development cycle, from bespoke software development (C DO178, iOS, Web), the minimum viable product (MVP) and the minimum marketable product (MMP), through to the delivery of a complete product.

He also has solid experience in the operations and marketing of B2B software subscriptions in a critical environment, with 24/7 availability and full disaster recovery.

Florent speaks French, Spanish and English, and understands German, the language in which he studied computer science. He holds a PDD from IESE.

Tomás is an M&A Analyst at You Are Capital, where he is involved in the execution of buy- and sell-side mandates, as well as in the preparation of transaction materials and valuation analyses.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from IQS School of Management and has passed CFA Level I (90th percentile). Previously, he worked as a Senior Auditor at EY (FAAS).

A specialist in commercial, corporate and tax law, he was set on the legal course by his interest in economic interactions between law and business and a strong sense of justice. A Diploma in European Law, a Bachelor of Law from University College London and certification as an M&A Advisor

With about two decades of experience in handling complex M&A transactions and his dual qualification as a German lawyer and English solicitor, he specialises in cross-border business activities. He also has extensive expertise in corporate and group restructuring and the resulting tax consequences, as well as insolvency matters and contract drafting.

Yoshihito is one of Japan’s most experienced and astute specialists in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and turnarounds. He is a recognised leader in the technology, property, utilities and energy sectors, as well as in the retail and consumer sectors.

Prior to his current role, he was Managing Director of Global Banking at Citigroup Ltd (formerly Nikko Citigroup Ltd). Before joining Nikko Citigroup Ltd, he held various roles in investment banking, including senior positions at Calyon Securities (Credit Agricole Investment Bank) and Goldman Sachs. Prior to entering investment banking, Yoshi spent 18 years as a partner in the audit and business advisory practice at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, including eight years with the firm in the United States.

He holds a degree in Economics from Yokohama National University and MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the JICPA (Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the California Board of Accountancy (US CPA).

He is fully bilingual in English and Japanese.

Managing Partner in Turkey, with over 25 years experience in Corporate Finance, Credit Assessment, Sales and Marketing, Financial and Operational Restructuring and Business recovery.

Along her career, Dilek held various positions as an executive and a member of the board in banks and non-banks financial institutions including factoring and leasing.

She is in advisory business since 2007 and she founded her own private advisory company in 2012 “Dilek Ilhan Restructuring and Management Advisory”.

Dilek holds a BA in Business Administration at the Bosphorus University of Istanbul (Turkey), and can easily work in Turkish (native) and English.

Managing Partner in South Africa, has over 16 years Corporate Finance and Strategy Consultancy experience in the African market, in key sectors including Energy, Business Communication and Construction. Patrick holds a European Advanced Diploma in Marketing (DEESMA) from the CEFIRE ESARC Business School in Toulouse (France). He has lived in South Africa since 1997 and is a permanent resident in the country. Patrick can easily work in French (native) and English.

Augusto is a chartered accountant and independent tax adviser; since 1982, he has run his own consultancy firm based in Bologna, where he advises national and international companies on M&A, as well as on strategic and financial matters.

He sits on the advisory boards of investment firms, boards of directors and audit committees of industrial companies and leading Italian financial institutions. Over the years, he has been appointed by the universities of Ferrara and Macerata to teach various courses on financial markets and venture capital, insolvency law, banking contracts, anti-money laundering legislation and banking techniques.

Augusto graduated cum laude with a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna in 1981 and holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Parma and another in Catholic Business Ethics from the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome.

Nick joined You are Capital in January 2024 after 25 years experience working in London, Paris and Amsterdam.

He has developed significant expertise in an international M&A and has an extensive knowledge of various sectors, including Consumer Goods, Business Services and Technology. He brings to You are Capital a broad operational experience having previously worked for PwC, Eaton Corporation, Philips and Randstad in both CFO and COO roles.

Nick is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and earned a Degree in Law from the University of Warwick. He is fluent in English and French, speaks reasonable Dutch and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.

Jacques Brun has built a distinguished career in the industry, holding senior executive positions at Alcatel, Bouygues, Westinghouse Electric, and Alstom before transitioning into consulting.

Fifteen years ago, he founded his own firm, CEO2CEO Consulting—a network of more than 120 executives spanning 17 sectors, 13 areas of expertise, and operating in 7 countries.

He currently serves on the boards of several industrial companies as well as the Alfred Cortot Higher Conservatory of Music.
