Chris is an international business executive with over 27 years’ experience in advising boards and senior business executives on strategy, transformation and growth, both as a management consultant (Accenture, Deloitte, Capco and Gemini Consulting) and, more recently, as CEO (APAC) for Halkin Cross. Chris has been based in Hong Kong for 6 years and has worked extensively both across Asia Pacific and Globally. Prior to his career in management consulting, Chris spent 10 years as an officer in the British Army and was a product and salesforce manager in the pharmaceutical industry with Eli Lilly.

He spent the last 10 years in consulting businesses with a focus on strategic and financial advisory.

At Maera Capital and MZ Invest, 2 companies that Mehdi was in charge of as a managing partner, Mehdi worked as an end-to-end partner for international investors keen on investing in Morocco as an attractive market in itself and as a gateway for Africa (deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring and post investment monitoring).

Prior to that Mehdi provided corporate and advisory services to Moroccan and foreign leading Corporates and Institutions in Morocco and Europe in his previous functions within H2dev (Casablanca), Valyans Consulting (Rabat) and KPMG (Paris).

Prior to his current role, he was a Managing Director in Global Banking at Citigroup Limited (former Nikko Citigroup Limited ). Prior to Nikko Citigroup Limited, he achieved investment banking roles included senior positions with Calyon Securities (Credit Agricole Investment Bank) and Godman Sachs. Prior to investment banking, Yoshi was for 18 years, a partner in business assurance and advisory with PriceWaterhouse Coopers, including 8 years with the firm in the U.S.

He is a graduate in economics of Yokohama National University, and he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of JICPA (Japan institute of Certified Public Accountants), and the California Board of Accountants (US CPA). He is fully bi-lingual in both English and Japanese.

Managing Partner in Turkey, with over 25 years experience in Corporate Finance, Credit Assessment, Sales and Marketing, Financial and Operational Restructuring and Business recovery. Along her career, Dilek held various positions as an executive and a member of the board in banks and non-banks financial institutions including factoring and leasing. She is in advisory business since 2007 and she founded her own private advisory company in 2012 “Dilek Ilhan Restructuring and Management Advisory”. Dilek holds a BA in Business Administration at the Bosphorus University of Istanbul (Turkey), and can easily work in Turkish (native) and English.

Managing Partner in South Africa, has over 16 years Corporate Finance and Strategy Consultancy experience in the African market, in key sectors including Energy, Business Communication and Construction. Patrick holds a European Advanced Diploma in Marketing (DEESMA) from the CEFIRE ESARC Business School in Toulouse (France). He has lived in South Africa since 1997 and is a permanent resident in the country. Patrick can easily work in French (native) and English.

Augusto is an independent chartered accountant and tax advisor, since 1982 founder of his own consulting Firm based in Bologna, advising national and international companies, in M&A, strategic and financial matters.

He is a member of the advisory boards of investment companies, of boards of directors and statutory auditors’ committees in industrial companies and Italian primary financial institutions. Over the years he has been appointed by the Universities of Ferrara and Macerata as Professor in several courses of financial markets and private equity, bankruptcy law, banking contracts, anti-money laundering laws and banking technics.

Augusto is graduated cum laude in Economics at the University of Bologna in 1981 and master’s degrees in business management at the University of Parma and in Catholic business doctrine at the Lateran Pontificial University in Rome.

A specialist in commercial, corporate and tax law, he was set on the legal course by his interest in economic interactions between law and business and a strong sense of justice. A Diploma in European Law, a Bachelor of Law from University College London and certification as an M&A Advisor
With about two decades of experience in handling complex M&A transactions and his dual qualification as a German lawyer and English solicitor, he specialises in cross-border business activities. He also has extensive expertise in corporate and group restructuring and the resulting tax consequences, as well as insolvency matters and contract drafting.

Nick joined You are Capital in January 2024 after 25 years experience working in London, Paris and Amsterdam. He developed significant expertise in international M&A and an extensive knowledge of various sectors, including Consumer Goods, Business Services and Technology. He brings to You are Capital a broad operational experience having previously worked for PwC, Eaton Corporation, Philips and Randstad in both CFO and COO roles. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and earned a Degree in Law from the University of Warwick. He is fluent in English and French, speaks reasonable Dutch and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.

With over 25 years of senior leadership experience at IBM, Atos and Wolters Kluwer, Henri led teams across Europe and Brazil with over 2500 employees in the broader IT industry.
