Augusto Bagnoli

Augusto is a chartered accountant and independent tax adviser; since 1982, he has run his own consultancy firm based in Bologna, where he advises national and international companies on M&A, as well as on strategic and financial matters.

He sits on the advisory boards of investment firms, boards of directors and audit committees of industrial companies and leading Italian financial institutions. Over the years, he has been appointed by the universities of Ferrara and Macerata to teach various courses on financial markets and venture capital, insolvency law, banking contracts, anti-money laundering legislation and banking techniques.

Augusto graduated cum laude with a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna in 1981 and holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Parma and another in Catholic Business Ethics from the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome.
