Florent Birling

Florent is responsible for business development and has extensive experience in software product design.

After 10 years dedicated to innovation in the aviation sector within European consortia, he developed various Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a start-up that was eventually acquired by a Swiss multinational. He was in charge of sales and the development of various products that were implemented in over 40 airlines worldwide.

Florent has a thorough understanding of the development cycle, from bespoke software development (C DO178, iOS, Web), the minimum viable product (MVP) and the minimum marketable product (MMP), through to the delivery of a complete product.

He also has solid experience in the operations and marketing of B2B software subscriptions in a critical environment, with 24/7 availability and full disaster recovery.

Florent speaks French, Spanish and English, and understands German, the language in which he studied computer science. He holds a PDD from IESE.
