He authored the book: Fusiones y Adquisiciones en las Pymes (Ed. Libros de Cabecera, 2023)

Xavier is Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos (Master Civil Engineer) and MBA (ESADE). He speaks Catalan (native), Spanish (native), English and he has a basic knowledge of French.

Senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in multinational engineering, sales and software integration environments. Previously he was General Manager for Spain and Portugal of SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES after the acquisition of ABGAM from the GAMESA group and from where he has led the growth of the group in Spain and internationally with numerous acquisitions and successful integrations.
With extensive experience in the Latin American market, after 3 years as Sales Director in South America with residence in Santiago de Chile.
Industrial Engineer from the University of Navarra and with an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC), he currently collaborates as a mentor in different startup forums.

Senior Advisor at You are Capital in Madrid and Lisbon, he has more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructurings and valuations. Since 1995 he has been involved in multiple M&A processes in various industrial, agricultural, tourism and real estate sectors. He is Chairman of BMS Holdings (a family company) which through MS Capital and MS Investments (holding companies) operates in Spain and Portugal respectively. Luis studied at the Jesuit College S. Joao de Brito (Lisbon), and has attended the business course at the Catholic University of Lisbon and Business Administration at IESE in Barcelona. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish (native), English and French.

Has 18 years’ experience in financial departments of multinational companies operating in the sector of retail distribution, publishing and consulting. Before she joined You are Capital, Helena worked 15 years as Financial Director and Board of Directors member, being responsible for the back office area with a special focus on corporate restructuring (divestments, acquisition and integration of subsidiaries, mergers and corporate reorganization). She holds a master’s in management from Edhec Business School (France), with a diploma in Finance from the London School of Economics (UK) and followed training in management at Esade (Spain). She can easily work in Spanish and French (native), English and Catalan.

Nuno Bonifácio boasts over two decades of banking expertise, underpinned by a degree in Banking Management and a post-graduate degree in Financial Markets. His commitment to ongoing growth is reflected in his Master’s in Executive Education from NOVA Business School. He spent 20 successful years in the banking industry focusing on financing companies and projects. For the last 6 years he has been working independently in the financial industry with a  focus on scaling up start ups and helping companies to restructure their financials. Nuno has worked with companies in a wide range of sectors including but not limited to agro-business, emerging technologies, construction and hospitality. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Partner of You are Capital in Spain (Girona), he has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance (mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and valuations). Since 1999 Joan has participated in M&A processes in various industrial and service sectors, specifically in the ICT sector, where he has developed his main activity as a professional. He has also been an advisor on various real estate investments. He is a Telecommunications Engineer and a Real Estate Agent.

Rosana joins You are Capital at the end of 2021 as Senior Advisor. Her background includes multiple years of experience as head of finance departments in large groups such as VIVENDI and SFR, and in Venture Capital investment funds. Rosana launches and develops SFR’s Corporate Venture Fund, with which she invests in numerous technology start-ups and is a partner in the INNOVACOM Technology Fund.
Her entrepreneurial DNA led her to found her own consulting firm: Performancia.
Graduated as a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires, Rosana started her early career at KPMG Audit in Buenos Aires and at the age of 23 she joined KPMG Audit in Paris, where she has lived and resided ever since.
