Xavier has held senior management positions (CEO and Board member) in Multinational and Family Companies, in Spain and in The Netherlands, with over 30 years of experience in Environmental Businesses: Waste, Water and Renewable Energy, with extensive experience in construction, concessions and public services, operations and manufacturing, sales and aftersales.

He has leaded strategic acquisitions, mergers, divestments and integrated joint-venture partnerships in Europe, Asia, Latin America and North Africa. Besides, he has broad experience in integrations, restructuring and transformation.

He authored the book: Fusiones y Adquisiciones en las Pymes (Ed. Libros de Cabecera, 2023)

Xavier is Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos (Master Civil Engineer) and MBA (ESADE). He speaks Catalan (native), Spanish (native), English and he has a basic knowledge of French.
