Helena Sobreviela

Has 18 years’ experience in financial departments of multinational companies operating in the sector of retail distribution, publishing and consulting. Before she joined You are Capital, Helena worked 15 years as Financial Director and Board of Directors member, being responsible for the back office area with a special focus on corporate restructuring (divestments, acquisition and integration of subsidiaries, mergers and corporate reorganization). She holds a master’s in management from Edhec Business School (France), with a diploma in Finance from the London School of Economics (UK) and followed training in management at Esade (Spain). She can easily work in Spanish and French (native), English and Catalan.
