Corinne has more than 30 years experience in Finance as buy side equity analyst, risk management, and portfolio management.
Corinne was Head of European utilities and construction sector at CCF/HSBC.
She joined Amundi in 2010, as credit analyst and then was part of the Emerging markets portfolio management team, in charge of Latin America, until 2018.
After a training in Ferrandi in 2018, (French school of gastronomy in Paris) Corinne founded Plume, a French pastry and tea room in Barcelona and joined YAC in early 2022.

Corinne has a Master in management of EM Lyon and she is a graduate of SFAF (Société française des Analystes Financiers).She speaks native French, fluent Spanish and English.

Previous experience in Management of Shared Services Centres (Finance, HR and Technology) and as a member of the Board of Directors, in companies of IT distribution, consumer electronics, technology consultancy, air transport and textile industry.

Florent is a business development executive with a strong experience in software product conception. After 10 years of aeronautics innovation in European consortiums, he created different software as a service (SaaS) as COO in a start-up that was finally acquired by a Swiss multinational. He was in charge of the sales and developments of different products that were deployed in more than 40 airlines around the world. Close to the customers, he has a good understanding of the development cycle from custom software development (C DO178, iOS, Web), minimum valuable product, minimum marketable product until the delivery of a complete product of the shelf. He has also a solid experience in operations and in proposing B2B software subscription in a critical environment with 24/7 availability and full disaster recovery. He speaks French, Spanish, English and understands German where he finished his computer science studies. He also holds a PDD from IESE.

Enrico is a finance professional with over 25 years of experience in different positions and geographies.

M&A adviser since 2015, his strong background in the automotive industry makes him especially adept at understanding the specificity of this business and originating deals. Along the years, he has also engaged in fields like luxury and hotels, food & beverage, and sports.

Previously, he held corporate financial positions in several industries including automotive equipment components, beverage bottle closures, licensed outdoor toys. He developed a strong ability to adapt to different cultures and achieved several process-reengineering projects, outsourcing BPO, and company integrations post-acquisition.

Graduated in Economics from Turin University, he has lived in Turin, Barcelona, Cadiz, Strasbourg, Paris, Lille, and currently in Madrid. In addition to his native Italian and Spanish, he is fluent in French, English and Catalan.

With over 30 years in the management of luxury businesses: from 1996 to 2014 as CEO of Montblanc Iberia (Richemont Group) developing the brand in Spain and Portugal, writing and leather goods, watches and jewellery as well as creating the retail division from the beginning (including El Corte Inglés). Team member in the integration of the Italian brand Montegrappa into Montblanc International. Vice President of the Paseo de Gracia Association since 2011, providing support to more than 190 associates in different aspects such as security, local action plans and an international marketing plan. In 2014 he founded Alpervintage SL, a consulting firm dedicated to investment and management of companies in the field of Premium Services and Consumer Goods with Retail channel. He speaks German, English and Spanish fluently.

Master’s in business management from ESADE and is also a Chartered Accountant. He first developed his professional career at KPMG, as director of the audit department and the M&A department. Later, he worked as a partner in an independent professional firm and has participated in various investment projects and business divestiture. He has acquired more than 20 years of experience in the process of buying and selling companies, especially in the industrial and services sector. Christophe joined You are Capital while continuing his activities as independent advisor from Andorra in banking entities and regulated management and investment companies in several European countries, as Business Angel, advisor or consultant in technology startups (Fintech, gaming, edutech, blockchain, blue economy…) which he combines with a teaching activity as professor or collaborator in several top level educational centres such as the Universitat Carlemany, IESE-University of Navarra, EADA or the University of Barcelona.

With more than 30 years of experience, Christophe has held senior management, general management and board member positions in international banking, public banking and private banking where he has led or supervised acquisitions, radical transformations or project management and complex business strategies in Europe.

He holds a degree and a DEA in Economics from the University of Lille (France), an Executive MBA from EADA and a PADE from IESE (Spain), an MBB (Lean, 6Sigma) from the GE Management Development Institute (USA) completed in 2020 by a specific training as an advisor.

Before this role, Angel was CFO of Montblanc Iberia, fully owned by Compagnie Financière Richemont, one of the world’s leading groups in the field of Luxury goods. During his 14-year tenure, he oversaw operations and financial planning for Spain and Portugal. The beginning of his career was in the Audit and Consulting business working in senior positions for PWC in Barcelona and with C&L Deutsche Revision in Hannover (Germany) Angel holds a PDD degree from IESE Business School, University of Navarra and he is a Registered Spanish Chartered Accountant.

Lucie is an Associate at You are Capital, where she supports the execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates, capital raising initiatives, and a variety of corporate finance transactions.
She holds a Master’s degree from NEOMA Business School (Grande École Program) with a specialization in Finance, as well as a Specialized Master’s in Tech & Management from CentraleSupélec.
Prior to joining You are Capital, Lucie was part of the M&A team at MGT Partners, a boutique investment bank based in Paris.
