Partner of You Are Capital, with more than 12 years of experience in M&A, advising mid-market companies in their processes of searching for financing, capital increase, and buy/sell of companies, in the sectors of Retail, Luxury, Health Sciences, Technology, Services, Transport and Textile.

Previous experience in Management of Shared Services Centres (Finance, HR and Technology) and as a member of the Board of Directors, in companies of IT distribution, consumer electronics, technology consultancy, air transport and textile industry.

Degree in Business Science, complemented with a PDD from IESE (Management Development Program) and with specific training in Finance and Negotiation. She works in Spanish, Catalan (mother tongues), and English.
