She is in advisory business since 2007 and she founded her own private advisory company in 2012 “Dilek Ilhan Restructuring and Management Advisory”. Dilek holds a BA in Business Administration at the Bosphorus University of Istanbul (Turkey), and can easily work in Turkish (native) and English.

Managing Partner in South Africa, has over 16 years Corporate Finance and Strategy Consultancy experience in the African market, in key sectors including Energy, Business Communication and Construction. Patrick holds a European Advanced Diploma in Marketing (DEESMA) from the CEFIRE ESARC Business School in Toulouse (France). He has lived in South Africa since 1997 and is a permanent resident in the country. Patrick can easily work in French (native) and English.

Augusto is an independent chartered accountant and tax advisor, since 1982 founder of his own consulting Firm based in Bologna, advising national and international companies, in M&A, strategic and financial matters.

He is a member of the advisory boards of investment companies, of boards of directors and statutory auditors’ committees in industrial companies and Italian primary financial institutions. Over the years he has been appointed by the Universities of Ferrara and Macerata as Professor in several courses of financial markets and private equity, bankruptcy law, banking contracts, anti-money laundering laws and banking technics.

Augusto is graduated cum laude in Economics at the University of Bologna in 1981 and master’s degrees in business management at the University of Parma and in Catholic business doctrine at the Lateran Pontificial University in Rome.

With about two decades of experience in handling complex M&A transactions and his dual qualification as a German lawyer and English solicitor, he specialises in cross-border business activities. He also has extensive expertise in corporate and group restructuring and the resulting tax consequences, as well as insolvency matters and contract drafting.

Nick joined You are Capital in January 2024 after 25 years experience working in London, Paris and Amsterdam. He developed significant expertise in international M&A and an extensive knowledge of various sectors, including Consumer Goods, Business Services and Technology. He brings to You are Capital a broad operational experience having previously worked for PwC, Eaton Corporation, Philips and Randstad in both CFO and COO roles.
