He also studied one year at the University of Hong Kon and one semester at the University of Newcastle in Australia as part of exchange programs. He speaks French (native), English and Spanish.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Industrial Organisation Engineering from the International University of Catalonia and Politecnico di Torino and a Master in Finance from EMLyon Business School. Previously he was in the M&A team of Banco Sabadell and China Construction Bank and before that as an analyst in the Valuation team of Duff&Phelps (now Kroll Advisory). Gonzalo is an associate at You are Capital, where he assists in the execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates, capital raisings and other corporate transactions. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) and has previously completed several internships, including CA Indosuez and Deloitte Financial Advisory, where he was part of the restructuring team. Gonzalo has lived in Spain and Argentina and speaks Spanish (native) and English.

Financial analyst in our Madrid office, Adrián accumulates several years of experience in Corporate Finance having advised and executed transactions in key sectors such as B2B, IT, Consumer Goods and others. Before joining You Are Capital, Adrián worked at Eurohold since 2012 and previously at BME. He holds a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He is also candidate for the Level II CFA accreditation. He works in Spanish (native speaker) and English.

Partner in Madrid, has more than 30 years-experience in consulting, and as top executive in several companies in the consulting and technology sector and in Corporate Finance / M & A projects. His professional career has been developed in Andersen Consulting / Accenture, and in positions of high executive level in EDS-Reg. VP SC Spain and Portugal- and DaVinci Consulting (3i) -CEO-. He has more than 10 years-experience in Corporate Finance /M&A with a high specialization in technology / ITC services sector. Aerospace Engineer by the UPM (Polytechnic University Madrid).

Ramon Brusco, Partner & Head of Healthcare at YaC, has more than 23 years of experience in international pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Ramon has extensive experience in negotiations and multicultural relations as well as a strong business knowledge and network of contacts in Europe and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) area with proven success and direct experience in the main markets of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Ramon has been involved over the last years in multiple local and regional pharmaceutical transactions and licenses.

He holds a degree from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (U.A.B), a Master in Foreign Trade, Economics and International Finance from the Universitat de Barcelona (U.B) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (U.P.C). Augustin started his career in 2015 working within the M&A / Corporate Development team of Alten (ATE.PA). During his first two years at Alten, Augustin worked as an Analyst, supporting the Managers in the deals’ execution at the company’s headquarters in Paris. Since August 2017, Augustin is based in Madrid, where he led the M&A activities for Alten in Southern Europe. As a Manager he has performed several acquisitions in Spain, Italy and Portugal. Augustin’s transaction experience covers Engineering and IT services, Digital Transformation and Analytics. Before Alten, Augustin has done several internships in Paris, France, Casablanca, Morocco and Barcelona, Spain. Augustin holds a Msc. in Management with a specialization in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School. Augustin speaks French (native) and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Andrea joined You are Capital in February 2020 after 17 years of experience in Rome and London assisting managers, entrepreneurs and institutional investors as Director of the execution team of AdviCorp PLC, a Corporate Finance advisory firm. He developed significant expertise in international M&A, equity/debt raising, leveraged finance and debt restructuring transactions, and an extensive knowledge of various sectors, including Food, Luxury Consumer and Construction. He brings to You are Capital the highest standards in financial and credit analysis, company/asset valuation, preparation of business plans, transaction structuring and document drafting. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification and earned a Degree cum laude in Economics and Corporate Finance from Università Politecnica delle Marche. He is fluent in Italian and English, speaks good Spanish and has a basic knowledge of French.

You are Capital Managing Partner in Madrid (Spain) has over 25 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, including M&A, restructuring and valuation. Since 1988 he has participated in multiple M&A processes in various industrial sectors including Food & Beverage, Logistics and Sustainable Energy. Ignacio has a master’s degree at ICADE (Economy and Law) and can easily work in Spanish (native), English and French.

After a career as a french civil servant (economic adviser to the french President Francois Mitterrand) and a CFO of various CAC 40 corporates (AGF, Compagnie générale des eaux, Vivendi Universal), Guillaume Hannezo specialized in 2003 in M&A and debt advisory, creating his own financial advisory boutique, later merged into Rothschild which he joined as a Partner. During his 30 years of M&A practice, he conducted or advised a wide variety of transactions on behalf of listed companies, family offices, entrepreneurs or PE funds, in France, US and emerging countries, in sectors as diverse as utility, medias, Telecoms, IT, construction, consumer products, real estate, FIG , and industry.
