Christophe joined You are Capital while continuing his activities as independent advisor from Andorra in banking entities and regulated management and investment companies in several European countries, as Business Angel, advisor or consultant in technology startups (Fintech, gaming, edutech, blockchain, blue economy…) which he combines with a teaching activity as professor or collaborator in several top level educational centres such as the Universitat Carlemany, IESE-University of Navarra, EADA or the University of Barcelona.

With more than 30 years of experience, Christophe has held senior management, general management and board member positions in international banking, public banking and private banking where he has led or supervised acquisitions, radical transformations or project management and complex business strategies in Europe.

He holds a degree and a DEA in Economics from the University of Lille (France), an Executive MBA from EADA and a PADE from IESE (Spain), an MBB (Lean, 6Sigma) from the GE Management Development Institute (USA) completed in 2020 by a specific training as an advisor.

Cofounder of Alpervintage SL, dedicated to the investment and management of companies in the field of Premium Services and Consumer Goods. Before this role, Angel was CFO of Montblanc Iberia, fully owned by Compagnie Financière Richemont, one of the world’s leading groups in the field of Luxury goods. During his 14-year tenure, he oversaw operations and financial planning for Spain and Portugal. The beginning of his career was in the Audit and Consulting business working in senior positions for PWC in Barcelona and with C&L Deutsche Revision in Hannover (Germany) Angel holds a PDD degree from IESE Business School, University of Navarra and he is a Registered Spanish Chartered Accountant.

Paul is a Senior analyst in the execution team and has participated in many cross-border, buy-side and sell-side transactions in the TMT, industrial, B2B services and the healthcare sectors. Prior to this current role, he had previous experience at Oddo BHF. Paul holds a master’s in management with a specialization in Corporate Finance from the IÉSEG School of Management. He also studied one year at the University of Hong Kon and one semester at the University of Newcastle in Australia as part of exchange programs. He speaks French (native), English and Spanish.

Jordi is an analyst at You are Capital, where he assists in the execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates, capital raising and other corporate transactions. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Industrial Organisation Engineering from the International University of Catalonia and Politecnico di Torino and a Master in Finance from EMLyon Business School. Previously he was in the M&A team of Banco Sabadell and China Construction Bank and before that as an analyst in the Valuation team of Duff&Phelps (now Kroll Advisory). Jordi speaks Spanish (native), Catalan (native), English and Italian.

Gonzalo is an analyst at You are Capital, where he assists in the execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates, capital raisings and other corporate transactions. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) and has previously completed several internships, including CA Indosuez and Deloitte Financial Advisory, where he was part of the restructuring team. Gonzalo has lived in Spain and Argentina and speaks Spanish (native) and English.

Financial analyst in our Madrid office, Adrián accumulates several years of experience in Corporate Finance having advised and executed transactions in key sectors such as B2B, IT, Consumer Goods and others. Before joining You Are Capital, Adrián worked at Eurohold since 2012 and previously at BME. He holds a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He is also candidate for the Level II CFA accreditation. He works in Spanish (native speaker) and English.

Partner in Madrid, has more than 30 years-experience in consulting, and as top executive in several companies in the consulting and technology sector and in Corporate Finance / M & A projects. His professional career has been developed in Andersen Consulting / Accenture, and in positions of high executive level in EDS-Reg. VP SC Spain and Portugal- and DaVinci Consulting (3i) -CEO-. He has more than 10 years-experience in Corporate Finance /M&A with a high specialization in technology / ITC services sector. Aerospace Engineer by the UPM (Polytechnic University Madrid).

He is a business development executive specializing in the telecommunications sector, with over 35 years of experience in various leading companies in the market. His specialization is in the creation and development of terminals, applications, services, and business communication solutions for all markets. It has great commercial capacities for the creation and projection of important projects. He has actively participated in the sale and acquisition of several telecommunications companies. He speaks Spanish and English.

Ramon Brusco, Partner & Head of Healthcare at YaC, has more than 23 years of experience in international pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Ramon has extensive experience in negotiations and multicultural relations as well as a strong business knowledge and network of contacts in Europe and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) area with proven success and direct experience in the main markets of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Ramon has been involved over the last years in multiple local and regional pharmaceutical transactions and licenses.

He holds a degree from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (U.A.B), a Master in Foreign Trade, Economics and International Finance from the Universitat de Barcelona (U.B) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (U.P.C).
