The Catalan consulting firm Seidor has acquired “a majority stake” in the consulting firm NTS, whose headquarters are in Bilbao. NTS is a technology company providing consulting services, development and integration of advanced computer systems for large companies, specialized in the development of mobile apps, digital workplace management solutions, internet of things and customer experience.
