We are happy to have accompanied Teresa Carles Flax & Kale in the sale of 80% of Healthy Food Solutions, the group’s subsidiary specialising in ready meals, to Montarto Foods.
With this first acquisition, Montarto Foods begins its industrial consolidation project in the ready meals sector in Iberia, supported by Amixalan Business Group.
The transaction will also allow Teresa Carles Flax & Kale to accelerate its strategic focus on its fresh functional beverage division, a segment with significant growth prospects in Europe.
