Irene Martín

Professional with 15 years of international experience in strategic consulting and investment banking, specialized in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes within the mid-market segment.

Co-founder and Managing Director of Acuity-One, an M&A boutique with both national and international focus in the mid-market space. She has led transactions ranging from €30 million to €250 million across sectors such as Retail, Pharma, Transportation, Engineering, B2B, Technology, and others.

She has a strong track record advising senior-level (C-level) clients on both sell-side and buy-side transactions, managing all stages of the M&A process end-to-end: opportunity sourcing, strategic analysis, due diligence coordination, negotiation of agreements (SPA/SHA), and deal closing.

She has led multidisciplinary teams and worked closely with investment funds, industrial groups, and legal and tax advisors. Previously, she held senior positions at leading firms where she participated in transformation and strategic consulting projects across EMEA and LATAM.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Alcalá (UAH) and a Master’s in Executive Development and Auditing from ICADE. She is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
